The 14-day window
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Lucky Scoops (mystery boxes)
Because Lucky Scoops are hand-curated mystery boxes, the surprise element is the whole point — we can't accept returns simply because you'd hoped for different items. However, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, we'll happily replace or refund it.
How to start a return
Email hello@deskdopamine.co.uk with your order number and a quick note (photos help for damaged items). We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 working days.
Return shipping
UK return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in the post.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
