Each scoop is hand-packed by our tiny UK team (with Puck supervising). Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, restocks and Christmas we may take a little longer — we'll always email you if there's a delay.

Tracking your scoop
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking link. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, drop us a line at hello@deskdopamine.co.uk.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives squished or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we'll sort it out — replacement, refund or a re-scoop, whichever you'd prefer.
